Only In My Dreams

The smile, when we are together,

thats sits upon your face,

makes me feel as if in a dream,

as if another time and place.

A mortal man (I always thought)

could never be so great,

this man could only be in dreams,

though he has become my fate.

He is perfect in every way,

he’s perfect, this it seems,

but I always thought this perfect man,

could only be in my dreams.
